We initially tried to start this process in the fall of 2014 but when my father became reluctant to proceed, Jason was extremely understanding and patient. "Jason Morris is a pro – this is his career and he approaches it very seriously. He employs a strategy for prepping, pricing, listing and promotion of the home that if you listen to his advice and recommendations, will give great results. His goal is to sell your home within 30 days. We sold in 4 days with multiple offers. We found his strengths to be a) honest evaluation of the home’s condition and recommendations on what needs (or does not need) to be done, b) most buyers use the internet to look at prospective homes so the quality of the pictures that are posted are crucial to getting viewings. His pictures were topnotch – definitely a major element in the quick sale of our home, c) his negotiation skills after offers are received and through the nerve wracking home inspection phase. He is a tough but fair negotiator. We were very happy to have him on our side during the negotiations. Jason uses a simple mathematical system to evaluate comparables and determine the right initial asking price. We found that what he recommended for our home was not at the top – probably more mid range of what we thought the house was worth. However, his homes typically sell in less than 30 days. To us, the value of only having to keep the house pristine and ready at a moment’s notice for showings for a short time outweighed the few thousand dollars that we might have gotten.
