"We had such a great experience with the Home Gallery team while searching for and buying our new home. "I stumbled onto my agent Darlene Goodwin by requesting disclosures on a home through the selling agent, who put me in contact with Darlene. Though we did not purchase that specific home, this interaction led to Darlene checking in with me, never being pushy, and always responding quickly to my requests. It had been 17 years since we bought a home and we didn’t know the process or the industry, and Darlene helped us navigate the waters easily. We quickly found some homes to view, and on our first tour found what we wanted. Over the next 2 months of the settlement process, Darlene was with us every step of the way, helping us make difficult decisions but with an unbiased opinion – she was clearly interested in making sure we were happy, but also that we were making informed choices.
